ABOUT ANNA
AnnA, a graduate of the esteemed Conservatory of Music “Santa Cecilia” in Rome with a Master’s degree in Jazz Voice, relocated to London in March 2020 to pursue her musical aspirations. With a passion for performance and education, she serves as a fully qualified music teacher while commanding the stage as a band leader and vocalist at renowned venues across London. Her repertoire spans a diverse range of genres, encompassing jazz standards, pop hits, and soulful tunes, delivered in both English and Italian. Additionally, AnnA showcases her original compositions, adding a unique flair to her performances.
Last December 2024, she was the singer of Six Senses Zighy Bay in Oman, performing six memorable shows under Christmas and New Year's Eve (video promo here).
Achievements 2024
AnnA spent the last year in working on different music projects: the EP “New Chance” is her last work and it now available on all digital platforms and in physical copy too. In November 22nd, 2024, her EP Launch show was a success; in a mix of R&B, Jazz, Soul, and Pop, AnnA performed a sold out show at Piano Smithfield in London (Read the full article here).
During Summer 2024, she had the opportunity to perform in the Big Arena at Twinwood Festival in Bedford with the Gypsy Dynamite.

Achievements 2023
AnnA’s musical prowess has been showcased on prestigious platforms, including her captivating performance at the opening night party for The Motive and the Cue by National Theatre and Neal Street Productions in December 2023.
In the same here, she completed her third degree in Music Education Secondary (PGCE+QTS) in London, at the University of East London, starting to teach as Qualified Music Teacher and Vocal coach in different school around London.

Finally after the pandemic, she had the chance to play with different musicians around London, such as: Alan Weeks, Bukky Leo, Rick Simpson, AnDrè Mali, Sam Leak, Richard Ampadu, Francesco Mendolia, Lox, Jamie Murray, James Coleman, Damjan Pejcinoski, Titus Maz, Jason Brown and many others, diving into different genres and styles (Jazz, Jazz Fusion. R&B, Funk and Soul).
Moreover, she performs as band leader and singer in different venues around London, including the TAM (Temple of Art and Music), the Vortex, the Jazz Café, the Toulouse Lautrec, the Ronnie Scott’s, the Piano Bar Soho, the Bardo St James's, Nightjar, Bloomsbury Hotel and many others.

In October 2019 she obtained the Master's Degree in Jazz Voice in Rome at the Conservatory of "Santa Cecilia", and in 2017 the bachelor's degree in Jazz Voice at the Conservatory of Music "V. Bellini" in Catania.
She directs a choir and a band in Sicily and has produced a Praise & Worship Album in 2019 which toured in and outside Italy, and another Album knows as “Fede & Guantoni”, where she combines jazz and R&B with an Italian rapper.

Her talent has also been recognized internationally, with her selection to participate in the Berklee Summer School at Umbria Jazz Clinics in Perugia, Italy, during the summer of 2018. Furthermore, AnnA’s involvement in various musical endeavors highlights her versatility and dedication to her craft. She lent her vocals to the JD Choir in Rome from 2017 to 2020, gracing the stage of the Auditorium Parco della Musica on numerous occasions. Notably, she has contributed her talents to esteemed ensembles such as the New Talent Jazz Orchestra under the baton of Mario Corvini, performing in “Duke Ellington’s Sacred Concert.” Additionally, she showcased her skills as a soloist in the Tribute to Kenny Wheeler with the Stefano Cantarano ensemble and assumed leadership roles within the alto ensemble for Matthew Herbert’s Brexit Big Band, culminating in the recording of the album “Where’s Home.”
